Delivery and destinations

Free delivery to France and Belgium within 4 days of ordering. Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival on a specific date. If your delivery is delayed, contact us with your order reference. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected if your order is not delivered.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel. We will send you the return address by email. Read the return conditions and cancellation form.

After notifying us of your decision, send the goods back within 14 days. You pay direct return costs when simply changing your mind. You are not charged those costs when the return concerns a defect covered by statutory rights. Contact us before sending anything to obtain the correct address and return location.

Refunds

Refunds include the amount paid and any standard delivery charge. They are made within 14 days of cancellation notification, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever happens first. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method without a fee.

Handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Excessive handling may make you responsible for a reduction in value. Opening packaging does not automatically remove all your rights.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in euros, including tax. Standard delivery is free to the stated destinations. Each product page lists the included contents. Customers check their basket, then enter their details and pay through the secure form embedded in the Éclavie page.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is secure. Visa and Mastercard are accepted; other available methods are shown at checkout. A payment attempt or a return to the shop is not confirmation: the payment must be verified. Keep your receipt and transaction reference. Your bank may apply exchange fees if your account uses another currency.

Statutory rights

Consumers retain their statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. In France, the statutory conformity guarantee applies for two years from delivery, alongside the legal hidden-defects guarantee. Contact customer support with a description of the issue; do not dismantle an item in a way that could create a risk.

Complaints and mediation

First send your written complaint to customer support. The competent mediator’s details and full seller identification still need to be supplied by the operator. They have not been invented in these terms.
