Stated specifications for model MASK-01, not measured by Éclavie. Electrical power is not a measurement of light reaching the skin. Wavelengths, real battery life, weight and dimensions still need confirmation for the supplied device. A downloadable French manual and verified compliance documents are not yet available. This table does not establish a session protocol or a result.
Use & care
Read the model’s instructions before first use. Follow its directions for session length and frequency. Clean only as instructed, with the device unplugged and cool. Clean any skin-contact accessories appropriately before sharing.

Your questions about this product
What is included?
1 LED face mask · 1 controller · Adjustable straps · USB charging cable · Instructions supplied with the model. Decorative props are not included.
How long and how often should I use it?
Follow your model’s instructions. An adjustable timer is not a usage programme: we do not recommend a universal duration or number of sessions without validated instructions for the device. Do not extend sessions or combine modes beyond those instructions.
What precautions should I take?
Read the instructions and use the specified eye protection. If you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, are pregnant or take photosensitising medication, seek medical advice before use. Stop if you feel uncomfortable. This beauty ritual is not presented as a medical treatment.
Which specifications are documented?
The MASK-01 specification sheet states 240 LEDs, 5 W electrical power, a 3,000 mAh battery, USB 5 V / 1 A charging in 3–4 hours, and an adjustable timer and brightness. These are not Éclavie measurements. Wavelengths, real battery life, weight, dimensions and verified compliance documents still require confirmation; specifications from another device are not substituted.
What should I check for my first LED mask?
Start with the fit, supplied contents, instructions and your budget. At €149.90, the Éclavie face mask offers flexible silicone, straps and a separate controller. The price includes the contents listed on the product page; no optional accessory is added automatically. Check personal precautions and the information still awaiting confirmation before choosing.
Which guarantee applies to my purchase?
For a new item bought by a consumer in France, the statutory conformity guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery. It covers lack of conformity, not a promised beauty result. Contact Éclavie, your seller, with your order reference if you experience a problem.
When will my order arrive?
Free delivery to France and Belgium within 4 days of ordering. Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched.
Can I change my mind?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel. We will send you the return address by email. Read the return conditions and cancellation form.
