Your information when ordering
Your basket is stored in your browser so you can return to your selection. Items and the total are sent to Whop, our payment provider. You enter your email and address in its secure form. After payment verification, the information needed to fulfil the order is saved in Éclavie’s private database. Resend processes confirmation and delivery emails. The shop does not receive your full card number.
Cookies and analytics
Basket and checkout functions use necessary technical data. Google Analytics loads only after your consent. Events measure navigation, product views, basket additions and verified purchases. Delivery addresses, emails and references in URL parameters are not sent with those events.
Your cookie choice is stored for six months in this browser. You can change it at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events; it does not retroactively erase information already processed.
Messages to customer support
The contact and return forms record your request and contact details in Éclavie’s private database and notify support through Resend. These details are used to handle your request. If the form is unavailable, you can send the message from your email app.
Access and your rights
Contact customer support to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to ask how it is used. Information needed for accounting, a dispute or a legal obligation may need to be retained. Operational retention periods and the data controller’s full identity remain to be confirmed by the operator.
