Duration, frequency and mode are separate details

Duration is the length of one session. Frequency is the spacing or number of sessions. Mode describes a device setting. A timer that can run for a certain length does not mean you should choose that length every day in every mode.

An example that applies only to its own model

The public Silk’n LED Face Mask 100 manual specifies one use every 3 days, for a maximum of 10 minutes, in its first week. This is an example of a model-specific schedule, checked on 25 October 2026; it does not apply to the Éclavie mask or to all LED masks.

For the Éclavie MASK-01 mask

The manufacturer lists an adjustable timer. We do not yet have a validated French manual allowing us to publish a duration and frequency schedule for the supplied device. We do not substitute another brand’s routine. Ask for the exact instructions before first use.

Organise your routine without guessing

Once you have the instructions, keep the mode name, permitted duration and specified spacing together. A reminder can help you find those details again. If you miss a session, check the directions instead of spontaneously doubling the next one. Stop and seek advice if you notice discomfort or a reaction.
