Choose a dry place
For an electrical device, choose a dry place away from the bath, basin and splashes. Keep what you need within reach without cluttering the space. Do not place the device or controller on a wet surface.
Make storage easy
Give the mask, controller and each clean accessory a place. Avoid leaving a stone roller against a hard object that might chip it. A clear surface makes cleaning easier and helps you see quickly if anything is missing.
Follow your own rhythm
Your routine does not need to copy a video. For the mask, session length and frequency come from the model’s instructions. For everything else, choose the steps that suit you. A chosen moment, without pressure for a result, can simply remain your own.
