Look at the whole device

Compare the format, controller, straps, charging and supplied contents. A face mask and a face-and-neck set may be different devices; a lower price does not mean it is the same mask with an extra piece added.

Distinguish facts from promises

Ask for dimensions, technical values and instructions matching the exact model. A marking or colour count does not guarantee effectiveness. Useful reviews describe a real experience with the product in question; they do not replace the manufacturer’s information.

Read the purchase conditions

Check the total payable, supported destination, stated delivery time and return conditions. Keep the confirmation and payment reference. If something remains unclear, contact the shop before ordering rather than assuming an accessory is included.

Distinguish returns from the legal guarantee

In France, distance-selling withdrawal rules allow you to notify your decision within 14 days, counted from the day after receipt, subject to legal exceptions. The statutory conformity guarantee for a new item lasts 2 years from delivery and covers lack of conformity. These are different rights; neither promises a beauty result.
