The mask does not diagnose
A medical concern belongs with a healthcare professional. A beauty mask, light colour or customer-service answer does not replace that consultation. If you have a skin condition or are receiving treatment, seek advice suited to your circumstances before choosing a device.
It does not promise an outcome on demand
Éclavie does not guarantee a skin transformation or results within a few days. We do not publish invented effectiveness percentages or manufactured before-and-after images. Our visuals present the product and its setting; they do not depict an observed customer outcome.
One specification does not establish equivalence
Price, LED count and battery capacity describe different aspects of a device. We do not turn them into a ranking of results. A specification published by a manufacturer remains that manufacturer’s declaration until we have verified it ourselves.
A ritual still has precautions
Read the model’s instructions and use the specified protection. Light sensitivity and some treatments call for professional advice. Stop if you feel uncomfortable. If essential information is missing, contact the shop before using the device; a routine should not require you to guess the settings.
